My name is Trinity, and I started the company Ethnic Exposure LLC as a “passion” project for college applications. The first product for the business is Invited to the Cookout® all-purpose seasoning. This seasoning is a three-generation New Orleans family recipe. Our family memories revolve around love and great food.
During times of great divisiveness, food and music can be a unifier. I hope that sharing our love of food and family can bring others joy and memories. It is the greatest Ethnic Exposure!
